OK, heres my deal, I work at a dodge dealership in the detail shop and had a 99 Camry traded in and I'm thinking about picking it up. Who ever had it before tried wiring in some fog lights and other tacky stuff and screwed up some wiring pretty bad. Long story short a switch was flipped and smoke ended up coming out of the dash, not much though. Now the tach and speedo won't work, nor will the sun roof, cd player, HVAC, or power windows. I checked all the small fuses I could find but nothing was blown. Could it just be a relay or something else relatively cheap to fix? Or do you think its pretty muched screwed? If I can fix it I can pick it up for about $2,500 with a brand new clutch in it. It also has leatehr, and power everything and its a 3.0 5 speed with 150,000miles on it.
