hello all this is my first time on this forum and i was hoping to find some help. I am currently driving an 03 camry I want to install a supercharge offered for the Scion TC. My question is if anyone know how much boost the stock 03 camry inline four engine can handle without blow it out. Another question is that if i am able to do it will the automatic trans be able to handle the extra power. I was thinking about maybe swapping the trans to a 5 speed manual or possible a 6 speed (when zero point releases it) just to be safe. If anyone has any input it would very helpful

the motors are the same so it should also handle the same PSI... i have the same motor in my '02 ... I'm trying to put in a turbo-charger made for turbonetics for the scion tc but the shop says that there's a lot of small adjustments that need to be made.. so iDK.. but yeah ... you can always supercharge an auto but power management is definetly gonna be hurtin'.
