I need help. I have been swimming through websites all night looking at wheels. What we just bought is a Super White 07 Camry XLE. Just got the windows tinted today. Went to discount tire and talked with them about wheels. I was going to go with 20's, but really don't want to get the stiff ride. Did that route with my Honda Civic a few years back. I thought about going with 19's on 40 series tires, but 19 inch tires are rediculously priced. So now I am going to go with 18's and 40 or 45 series tires.
So here is my question...What would you buy? I am looking for advise for wheel and tire sizes. I am going to attempt to post a few pic's of the wheels I am looking at, but I have not been able to narrow down my search at all. By the way, I want chrome wheels whitout a center cap. I like the look of rims with lugs showing. Thanks...

Went with the 18" x 8" TSW Mondello's and Michelin Pilot 235/45/18 tires. They had to order them, so I won't get them until Friday. I will post a pic when I get them on.

Colecamry,

Please do post your photos of the 18's once you have them mounted.

I am planning on buying the 2007 SE V6 and I am also contemplating 18's or 19's.

I would like to see how the 18's look in order to make a deceision.

BTW...the TSW Mondellos that you posted were one of the wheels I had on my list of favorites...

My wife and I are planning on getting the Titanium Metallic 2007 SE with wheels in Hyper Black...

Thanks

Recently picked up 07 Aloe Green XLE, down from TL...Looking into new shoes put dont wanto to take from that "touring" ride...My question is...what size rims and tires will NOT take away from that "nice" ride?

briyoung1 - Looks like these are a winner. No rubbing, no shakeing, and the ride is just like factory. For sure the 20's would have taken away the nice ride because I would have had to go with 35 series tires. I had the option to go with 50 series, and I probably should have. These are great, but those probably would have filled the wheel wells a little more. I will say that the 18 x 8's do stop better than factory. More meat on the road.
