Hi guys .... I just boght a 1997 2.2L Limited GLi Camry & I was thinking to give it a little boost ..

I bought a replacement K&N filter to fit the original air filter box ... NGK Irridum plugs & willing to buy Nology spark plug wier set.

so tell me what do you think & if any advices for my little baby

Those mods. are pretty cool - i have a similar model to your car... mine is a 99/2.2... the 2.2 isn't made to go fast but its made for reliability and cost productive... be wise not to spend your money on gimmicks... my plans for mines are fairly small ( cai/denso iridium/denso spark plug wires/ maybe exhaust?) - nothing too massive... do your hwk. on what this engine can and can't do- it'll help you out in the decision making.

Hi .. I thank again for ur reply ... I always like to modify my cars & am into american muscle as I use 2 have a 1990 GT Mustang with a little mod done into it but it was an amazing ride & I kept it with me for almost 3 yrs till I sold it to an american guy who was intrested into taking it for a street pro stage & shipped it back to the states .. I also had a 1990 fully modified steert race T-top camaro but i didnt like it alot so i sold it & went for a 2001 Honda 1.5 EXi Civic that i also boost it up with a front strut bar , air intake , plugs & wheels .. i like it & 3 yrs again & sold ... then i went for a 1986 caprice that i was on my way to street pro .... but recently i gotta a kidd so i'd rather invest this money fpr his future

so finally ive decided to buy my friend's camry that am intrested to give little boost with the parts that i have mentioned but not to go so far with it ...

I will replace my original tires from 195/70/R15 tires to a 215/55/R15 Simitomo brand as I used them among lots of other brands resulting best road grip & traction ... looking forward for a muffler but without noise .. just wanna increace a little horse power & to make my engine run smooth with a better pressure .. ANY ADVICE ... but am still hesitating in replacing the wier plugs .. WHAT DO U THINK.
