Whats up, I'm Brett from dallas. I've got a 92 V6 camry, done as much as I know how to to my car, but I want more. I've done a full cat back, custom headers, forced air induction, upgraded ecu, transmission swap (to standard), cam gears (pain in the ass to get) and pulleys. I want to turbo it but I cant find a decent turbo that could work with my car. I've been lookin at the Garrett series, but all I can seem to find is the 4 banger turboes. I know that i'm better off with a supercharger but since my old school supra I cant live with out it. If any one knows of any turboes that can work with the 3.0 liter V6 fill me in, price is not an issue. Oh and any know supercharger will also be good since V6 turboes are rare.

i am pretty certain that you will have to have a system custom made. also, you will have to run a twin turbo setup, unless you plan on bringing the two exhaust banks into a y pipe, then running through the turbo.

in my experiences, Garrett makes good stuff.

It will have to be custom.Shouldn't be too hard if you have basic knowledge of forced induction vehicles. Just use a toyota ct26 turbo, thats what i was gonna used until I sold it. Do some custom header work, make exhaust manifolds meet, get an exhaust shop to make a flange to bolt the headers to the turbo (there is a site that sells these flanges,I will try to find it again for you)and from there just do the rest (upgrade injectors, map sensor, oil pan lines, etc etc)

Few questions:

1. What is this "forced air induction" you have done?
2. Can you explain the upgraded ECU a bit?

And as far as I know, you and I are the only 5spd Camry's here; but I think I'm the only 2-door.
