Headlight Wiring/Electrical Question

Does anyone know how good the Toyota electrical system (07 Camry to be exact), in particular, headlight wiring harness is? I'd like to go with a higher wattage bulb, and some manufacturers claim their 100W bulbs won't harm my wiring harnesses or melt anything. My previous car was a 2002 Nissan SE-R Spec V, and it had a weak headlight system and you couldn't put anything over the 55W bulbs or else you would likely end up going to the dealer for new harnesses. Is it safe for me to go with aftermarket 80 - 100W bulbs to increase brightness?

U dont have to put higher wattage bulb, H11 SERIES: PIAA H11XTREME WHITE PLUS 55watts is better than thoseaftermarket 80 - 100W bulbs !

RE: Headlight Wiring/Electrical Question

I just ordered some PIAA Extra White bulbs to replace the crappy Aftermarket bulbs I have in now. They are only 55W too, but produce very little usable light. My yellow fog lights project out a lot better...haha. Hopefully the PIAAs will be as good as they cost.

Oh trust me, I changed my 07 camry headlight bulb, fog light and the high beamto PIAA. They look great, but dont compare with hid, ok?
