Headlights and Taillights

ive been looking everywhere for a new set of after market headlight and tail lights for my 99 camry. so far they make 97-98 tail light and 00-01 tail light but leave out 99. can a 97-98 tail light be modified to fit a 99 because i see no real difference. and am i basically stuck wit OEM head lights for the 99 unless i do alot of fabricating
