Name Help?...plastic panel under the engine
 

I parked my car onto a barrier and when I backed up, I ripped the right part of the very outer plastic panels which kind of protect the engine from the water splash.

I am driving a 03 Camry Sedan 4Dr LE.

Can anyone tell me the name of the parts? Any suggestion of where to buy a cheap one?

i think what you are mentioning is the skid plate. you can check underneath the exact piece which is damaged and get a replacement from the dealer. if u get the whole thing it could be expensive
