1992 stereo volume wont increase
 

I've got a 1992 camry, i recently upgraded the stereo/speakers according to this guide: http://www.installdr.com/InstallDocs/Toyota/Camry.html

i followed every instruction on the guide perfectly but now the volume in my car wont go as loud as the new speakers should allow, it wont even go as loud as the old stock stereo/speakers. after a certain point (where it is not loud at all) the speakers start to crackle.

i have no idea why this is happening.

anyone have any advice?

Just what did you install and how?

I replaced the head unit and the 2 front speakers.

I did everything by the guide for the 1992 camry on this site:

When take all the sound away from the right speaker the left side works fine (in terms of volume) but when i put sound on the right side all the speakers start to crackle.

Check the other speaker(s) for bad wiring, connections or shorts. Same for the DC power connections. Make sure the stereo is getting full amps and not running low due to some wiring or connection issue.
