2007 Camry SE Rear Speakers

Apparently the rear seat does not fold down to access rear deck and speakers in this year and model. YouTube vids only show 60/40 split rear seat with trunk releases. I found a vid showing removal of lower portion of rear seat but not the upright portion. Anyone know the best way to remove the upright portion of rear seat to access the rear deck and speakers?

This article applies to the Toyota Camry (1997-2011).

Step 2

Step 2 mentions the clips releasing the third brake light then "fold down back seat". There is no mention how to release seat to fold down. In 2007 SE there are no trunk releases.

Ah, the SE and XLE is different...no rear folding seat.
"The SE offers only this pass-through [where the folding center arm rest is], rather than the folding rear seat on other models, because of an extra brace behind the seat that stiffens the body for sportier handling."
.
Did you see this youtube video? its not the best because he filmed it after he did the removal, but it gives you a good idea of what you need to do...
