2020 XSE Bluetooth Background Noise
 

Recently purchased a 2020 XSE. Love the car but am experiencing an issue with call quality. When stopped, the call clarity is perfect, no issue. As I continue to drive, I am being told that there is a lot of background noise coming through the phone. Windows are up, AC fan speed is normal, and it appears the faster I go, the louder it gets. I've tested this via bluetooth only as well as cable connected and get the same results. I am using a Google Pixel and Android Auto. Also, I have adjusted the outgoing call volume and it helps reduce the background noise, but it also reduces my voice.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so, what was the solution? I have a call in with my local dealer but have not heard back from them yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
