Adding XM to 2018 XLE

I am looking at buying a 2018 XLE that has the Entune 3.0 system, but doesn't appear to have the XM option. I was surprised that the XLE doesn't come with this, as our last 3 Accord EX's had it. Anyway, the car is priced right, so this isn't a deal breaker. My question is can it be added without some cheesy receiver hanging on the dash? When I called the local Toyota dealer's parts dept, they seemed clueless.

Thanks

If no XM option on current radio need the plug in receiver.

Is that a different receiver from Toyota, or something I can get from Crutchfield. Sounds expensive.

Thanks

Thanks for the info. I placed my order this morning. I found a youtube video on removing the radio. Hopefully the harness that connects to the steering wheel controls won't be hard to find.
