2010 Camry rear view camera
I have a 2010 Camry with a rear view camera that displays on the rear view mirror, is there a way to connect it to an aftermarket radio or possible get a higher resolution camera?

Its has been done but somewhat complicated. The factory camera appears low resolution.
Might install a second hi resolution camera for the aftermarket radio which would be easier and have better video.
