98 Camry XLE ~ Center console is RIPPED!
 

I guess it's the way I climb into the car, but when i sit in, and swing my butt around into the seat, I have a habit of putting my right elbow onto the leather console top, and now I see two tears.

Does anyone know if Toyota sells just the top of the console? It looks like there Tare two retainer arms that maybe squeeze to release, then unscrew the screws, ahhh heck, don't they just sell the top?

That would be easier...but also LOTS OF MONEY TOYOTA WANTS FOR THEIR DARN PARTS!!!!!

If the Toyota driver's side Vanity mirror/light assembly cost $325.00. So I called a dealership, and the LID costs $130.00.

On TV once, I remember seeing a product that magically seams rips and tears together again, but don't remember what it's called, or IF it really works.

I would check eBay and local junkyards. Your car is old enough that someone might be parting out stuff.
I have no idea about the tear repair stuff but I doubt it can take the abuse of you getting in and out of the car repeatedly if the leather can't. It also might just rip in another spot.
