I feel like the blue color on my 2017 Camry on hood and top of roof has faded and gotten rough. Is there any polish or anything I can do to make it shine like how it was?

 

Your best bet is doing an internet search on faded Toyota paint. There are lots of hits including some from Toyota dealers plus Youtube video's. Keep in mind there may be a clear coat over the color code. You want to use the most MILD method first. Most likely the clear coat has oxidized from the sun and needs to have the oxidized material GENTLY removed.

Look into using something called a "clay bar."

Before you do any do anything read up as even a clay bar if not used correctly can cause scratches.

Wash the car first to remove dirt, etc before starting.
