'02 Camry SE with rear blinker problem

my passenger-side rear blinker went out this week and i just tried to replace it yesterday. i bought a new 921 wedge light bulb that it asks for but no luck... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

You replaced the bulb but the lamp still does not work?

What happens when you use the emergency flashers?

new bulb, still no rear blinker. flashers work everywhere except in that blinker. every other light on the car is working just fine

Use a volt/ohm meter.

Probe the socket to determine if power is getting to one bulb socket terminal when flasher or the turn signal switch is on. Power wire might be Green/Yellow.

With system off use ohm meter to probe the terminals, the non-powered terminal should be grounded to the chassis. White/Black wire.

I'm sure it really needs a replacement.

Might be a fuse....but that would usually lead to the bulbs on both sides not working.

I feel for you. Wiring problems can really suck. :(

Thanks for all the help guys. Turned out I had just bought a bad bulb from NAPA. Thought I had faulty wiring because of it. Had to pay local repair shop to figure this out for me. At least they are friends... Thanks for all the help!
