Default '05 Camry - Stripped bolt that is difficult to reach

I am working on replacing the water pump of a 2005 Toyata Camry and I accidentally stripped one of the bolts on the pulley above the water pump and cannot get it off.

Tried using vice grips and they did not work because I couldn't get a grip on it plus the vice grip is in the way of allowing me to turn it even if I were able to get a good grip. Also, I used a damaged bolt/nut remover set but the socket is too wide to reach down to the bolt.

Any ideas other than vice grips or damaged bolt removers to get this stripped bolt off?

Maybe use a dremel and dremel a slot and use a flat head screwdriver.
