1994 Toyota Camry XLE V6 compatibility with 1994-1996 Lexus ES300 V6

Hello, this is my first modded car post. I recently got a 1994 Toyota Camry XLE V6 (1MZ-FE - MCV10) that I want to try modding for fun and quality of life improvements since it is a secondary vehicle, my daily is a 2010 Toyota Corolla Matrix S with the 2.5L AWD which I'm keeping stock, and parts are plentiful and cheap for the face lift second gen. I wanted to know if anyone can confirm that the 1994 to 1996 Lexus ES300 is compatible. From my understanding they have the same motor, trans, and frame and the biggest difference between the two are the dash/doors, suspension and trim materials (the Lexus having actual leather and wood).

I specifically want to give the Camry a face lift on the dash as I think the curved center looks dated and the original radio with CD changer is starting to die. The es300 one also has climate control vs air conditioning and a nicer center trim at the stick shift. I wanted to confirm the air vents and steering column are in the same location. I am aware I will need to steal all the electrical from the donor es300 as the Camry doesn't have the sensors for climate control. I am already planning on doing my own custom electrical to remove the original car alarm, add push start, add a wireless charging pad and integrated 3.0A USB-C ports. I am also aware this is not a cost effective endeavor nor will this increase the value of the vehicle in any way; I mostly want to challenge myself to see if i can do it reasonably.

Thank you for your time listening to my Tedtalk

Avalon was supposed to be an upscale Camry. Lexus was supposed to be a Camry internals with a different body.
