99 Camry 2.2 starting and stalling issues.
99 Camry 2.2l is having starting issues and I am trying a work around on the anti-theft but now it is stalling while driving. How do I clean the IAC and is that the reason why it stalls now?

You need to document the stalling behavior, is it consistent or random , does it occur when its hot or cold , can you immediately restart after stalling, does car die on increasing revs?
Check the following
Battery voltage
Load test your alternator/battery
Does the car unlock via fob/ is security system light flashing -> security system bypass (PM Me , not going to post public on this one)
More things to check
Do you have spark (easy test , remove spark plug get a jump lead , connect to negative , connect other side to the threads of the plug , plug should be sparking!), note that you may need to remove efi fuse otherwise there will be fuel, have a fire extinguisher on standby [unlikely to have fire unless you leave spark plug near the sparkplug hole]
Do you have good fuel pressure (get a m12x1.25 banjo adapter to quick connect , remove 14mm screw using a SOCKET ,connect to fuel filter bolt with banjo adapter and with pressure gauge to check ) its near the air filter towards the top right of it, but its recessed and has 14mm banjo bolt on the top of the filters , replace this filter while your there , you will need a torque wrench and a crows foot to undo the BOTTOM nut [17mm]
Have you ever replaced the ECU , bad capacitors can cause this (located at the behind the glove box) -> try swapping ECU with junk yard one , or recap the thing (basic electric and soldering skills/equipment needed here], these are old cars at this point
Idle intake valve is located on the throttle body , trace it back from hose to the air filter , to a metal billet with a 4 hoses (cant remember , but like there are connection points on it with smaller hoses x4 or may have plug adapters) , need idle air intake valve gasket , when you clean it , it will be gummed up
If you've neglected your car of oil changes, there will be low compression which will prevent the car from starting (unlikely if this came suddenly, but again one thing to check)
