Default 1998 Camry XLE V6 Drivers Visor broken

Hi,
My Mother has a 1998 Camry XLE V6, and her Drivers-side Visor/mirror broke.
I called the local Toyota dealership in parts and asked how much a replacement visor would be....Are you sitting down?

A WHOPPING $325.00 DOLLARS!!!!! WHAT?

I called around and found one for $75.00, but wanted to know how easy this would be for myself to install it.

There is a tab piece that connects the visor to the arm. Do I pop open the light lens on the top side of the vanity mirror, then pry open that TAB, and connect the new wires to the old? Is that pretty much all I do? OR do I also have to disconnect the fuse in the engine compartment in case this shorts out somehow, but I don't think I have to disconnect the battery.

Any suggestions on how to replace this, I ,(and my mom) would appreciate it! Thank You!
