I need 2002 Toyota Camry with JBL factory amplifier and sound system wiring diagram please help I'm having a really hard time connecting my powered subwoofer to this sound system it's driving me crazy I need a wiring diagram for this sound system

The wiring diagram doesn't have section for the remote amp stereo setup?

If the subwoofer has a preamp can power off the head output black and blue shielded wires. If not need a line converter and power off back speaker (black and yellow - red and white).

 

No I couldn't find it in what do you mean by it if my subwoofer has a preamp I'm I don't understand what you mean by that I'm sorry I'm new to this audio game

 

I had the same headache with my kids car and it turns out the Metra 70-1761 works just fine in the Camry's that have the JBL head units. I would avoid using the JBL 20 pin connectors.

Here's the deal the 20 pin JBL connected to your head unit isn't what you want to use. That connects to the JBL AMP (located under the glove box). The AMP runs back to a set of wires and connectors directly behind your A/C controls. The pin out for those match the values for Metra 70-1761 as expected (no guessing) For me the smaller one was blue and the other was the normal off white. I assume the setup is this way so Toyota doesn't have to rewire much for the JBL units (just add the 20 pin for the head unit, run the wires to the amp and back to where a generic head unit would be connected.
