2003 Camry Heat
 

'm trying to fix the heat in my sister's Camry. I've checked the obvious things, like the antifreeze. The heater core's intake and outlet tubs are both hot, so I don't think it is the heater core. We can change between the different vent outlets without problem. It just blows cold air. I'm leaning towards the Blend Door Actuator, but I was hoping for a 2nd option before I pull it. The odd thing about that is when you change from heat to AC, I'm pretty sure I can hear it moving. I guess it could be a stripped gear though. I would appreciate any thoughts you have.

Could be the blend door actuator.
