2013 camry key reprogramming

One of our key fob's push buttons no longer works.
The key will start the car. I have replaced the battery but the bottons still do not work the locks, etc. The other key fob works fine.
Should I reprogam the non-working one? If so, what are the steps to reprogram the key fob?
Thanks

The next step after a new battery is reprogramming/resetting. The internet has lots of videos on how to do this.

Yes I tried to reset the keys by the instructions from YouTube.
The good key Bob indicated that it was reset by The doors locking and unlocking at the end of the reset but not the unfunctioning key fob.
If there's no other way to test it or get it functioning I guess I have to replace it.

Search for procedures like the one below and try them.

How do you reset a Toyota Camry key fob?

Turn your key in the ignition from “off” to “on,” and repeat within five seconds. Remove your key from the ignition. Within 40 seconds, close and open the driver door twice, and then insert and remove the key from the ignition one more time. Again, be sure to perform steps one and two within 40 seconds.

Toyota doesn't list reset procedures in manuals thus it find one then trial and error.
