Hello, I have 2014.5 Camry XLE 4 cyl.
Would anyone know which direction the arrow for air flow would point? I took out the old one (that I installed in past and was guessing then) and didn't pay attention to the arrow.
These filters don't seem to tell you which way is Up. Just an arrow.

I bought a STP Max Cabin Air Filter CAF1816M
One side is blue. The bottom is white/gray.

Anyone know how to figure it out?

Thanks Toyomoho, I had done this search and info is either not clear or contradict each other.
So I notice by taking out filter, have motor running and fan/blower on high that air is entering the glove compartment from the bottom. The air is going upwards.
Does that indicate something regarding the filter position?
I'll attach a photo of the filter.

The Toyota manual doesn't have one word about cabin filters. : /

 

If as here the arrow refers to direction of airflow it should point down.
