2015 Camry Transmission Fluid Replacement

Does anyone know a way to change the trans fluid that is correct but easier than using the factory steps? The transmission is sealed with no dipstick. I know you can drain the fluid and catch it to see how much came out. You can then pour the new fluid through the access plug on the side of the case. That is great, but how do you know the proper amount of fluid is in the transmission ? To do it by the Toyota Service Manual, you have to be Bill Nye, The Science Guy to figure it out.
Appreciate your help.it

Toyota wants the fluid to be at a certain temp when the fluid level is checked. Get an ODBII scanner that can access the trans internal temperature probe.

Do the job on level ground!

Drain and refill. Operate engine to get the trans fluid up to temp then drain out excess.

Thanks for your reply. I know several Toyota technicians and they are quick to say that they don't do it the way the SM says which you have discussed. I worked at several dealerships and I can tell you guys figure out ways to do things faster, but maybe not always the correct method.
Thanks again,
Mark
