97 camary le 2.2 i4 spark plugs and wires

Hey guys I am a bit new to this car just recently got a 97 camry le 4cyl 2.2 I am having some intermittent hesitation and lugging issues. My mechanic said that looking at the maintenance history I am way over due for spark plugs and wires and they are the likely culprit. I have watched a few videos and know how to replace spark plugs so I'm going to tackle this seemingly easy project myself. Are there any suggestions to make it easier on me? Also and most importantly can anyone recommend or link me to a good quality set of plugs and set or wires that I can order? I don't mind spending a bit now for some long lasting good quality plugs and wires. Thanks everyone! Any general advise I could use for this car would also be much appreciated! Also any advise on gapping?

Denso is a good brand for wires and plugs. Also NGK for plugs.

Platinum is standard. Don't gap them.

I agree with Joey for brands etc.
If this is your first time doing something like this, do one cylinder at a time.
Change one wire and one plug and then move onto the next. Don't just remove all the wires and plugs and then try to remember what wire went where.
