97 Camry front end damage

Hey guys. This past fall my girlfriend hit a light pole with my camry. It sat in my driveway over the winter and about 2 months ago I found a car for parts. For the most part disassembling the 2 have been easy so far but I have run into a problem. The Long U shaped bracket (?) that has the hood latch on it is attached to some paneling that the fenders are screwed/bolted to. Forgive me for not knowing the name. I didn't find any screws holding these together, but noticed there was an adhesive of some kind (Urethane I assume) and so far have not been able to get them to separate. First I tried a thick scewdriver and a chisel only to have the handles of both be taken off when trying to remove them. I then tried using a propane torch to soften/burn up the material but nothing. Is there some other way to go about this? If it is urethane I don't know of any solvent that would be able to remove this.

That bar/brace in front there with the dent near the center is what I am talking about.

If you are talking about the photo with the stick the parts are spot welded together. Every dimple in the metal is a spot weld.

You need to drill out the welds, there cutting tools for this. Do a Goggle search.
