Default AC temp and air flow fads

I have a 2002 Camry 4 cyl. After 100 miles of hwy driving the ac air temp fades to cool at best and all fans speeds drop one notch, meaning hi is now 3rd ,3rd is now 2nd, etc. I therefore have to turn to the highest speed to get even a little cool air. After I let the engine cool for a couple of hours all is normal.
