Default Camry low/rough idle after replacing valve cover gasket

2003 Camry 4-cylinder

I replaced my valve cover gasket yesterday and now the engine idles low/rough, like it is about to stall (though I have let it run for 5 minutes and it kept running). It seems to mostly be once the engine is warmed up. Driving seems okay, the issue is more apparent once I'm approaching or come to a complete stop. Did not have this issue before replacing the valve cover gasket.

When replacing the valve cover gasket, I had to disconnect the hose that connects to the PCV valve and the other hose on the driver's side of the valve cover (hose goes to the air intake box). In addition, obviously had to remove the 4 ignition coils. Everything is put back and secured as far as I can see. With the engine idling (low/rough), I sprayed some carb cleaner on the points where hoses connect to valve cover and where the one hose connects to air intake box... no change in RPM.

Looking for some advice on what to check next.

Did you disconnect your battery during the valve cover gasket work? If you did, I would guess you need to do an idle reset procedure.

I've heard that cleaning the throttle body fixes the low idle problem that occurs after disconnecting the battery.
