Default Car Height

I just replaced the rear struts on my Camry @ 209k. I used Monroe quick struts (spring & strut already assembled), and I noticed that the car SEEMS to be riding higher, although I didn't measure anything before & after.
The struts were a good fit, and I don't notice any adverse handling characteristics. I have been warned that the makers of aftermarket struts put in a stiffer spring to compensate for a weaker cartridge.Monroe?
I measured the spring thickness on the old & the new struts, and the spring is maybe 1/32" thicker on the new. As i stated earlier, the car seems higher, but not unnaturally so. Its it possible that the old springs got "tired" after 209k?

Year of car?

Toyota typically lists in their service manual chassis ride height.

Quick Struts have been reported increase ride height on Carmy. Read the installation instructions as if there is verbiage about the strut "settling in."

Springs can have constant of variable "spring rate." As in at xx load they compress X inches. At double xx load they may compress two times X inches if constant or if variable more or less then 2 times.
