help with windshield washer
 

i have little pressure on my left spray head and non on my right, i was wondering if it's clogged or what the problem may be, any ideas?

Yup, sounds like they are clogged up.
First thing I would do is to (carefully) detach the two supply hoses from the nozzles. The nozzles are plastic and can break easily so just twist the hose gently to free it then push the hose from the end rather than pulling on the hose.
Once the hoses are off, run some washer fluid through the lines by using the washer button. Plug one hose then the other to be sure you get some pressure through each line.

Now, use some air pressure from a compressor if possible to blow out the nozzle from the windshield side (reverse of normal flow).
If you don't have a compressor, canned air as is used on computers may do the job if you can get it directly over and tight against the nozzle.

Replace the hoses and give it a try ... run it a number to times to help flush out any more debris.

Next time the fluid is low, clean out the washer reservoir with a hose and spray nozzle, remove the reservoir if necessary to get any residue out.

The problem is usually due to dirt or sediment or the washer fluid becomes a slimy gel at the bottom of the reservoir. As this is carried through the pump and hoses it gets hung up in the nozzles.
The key is to periodically clean out the reservoir and use the washer a few time a month, even if the windshield doesn't need it.

I usually make my own washer fluid using water, a couple of drops of dishsoap, a little ammonia, a little white vinegar and some isopropyl alcohol. (Don't think I would do this with a new car under warranty)
Might want to stick with the store bought especially during the heaviest of the winter months if you are worried about it freezing up, my mix hasn't frozen up or become gel like but it may depend on which part of the country you live in and how you mix it.
