Definitely change the oil
Fuel filter - not necessary but if you want to change it, go for it. Better mileage when you have clean fuel.
Transmission fluid? If you want, might as well do an entire flush of fluids from your engine and fill it with new along with new transmission filter but it's not required.

For 100k miles, Toyota recommends changing out the timing belt and waterpump. New fuel filter, and oil change. Also check your serpentine belt, engine mounts, IAC valve, and throttle body. Brake lines, brake fluids, power steering fluids and brake pads. Change out the cabin air filter and air filter in the box. I would recommend getting a K & N drop-in filter as they are a lifetime filter. Saves money in the long run.

Also seafoam your car. It'll clean out all the dirt and gunk in your engine and fuel lines.

If you want to change out the spark plug, I recommend either NGK Iridium or Denso Iridiums.

Just spoke to my car guy and he said my car is timing chain and dont need to be replaced unless it notice issues.

Drain most if not all.

Oh yeah, forgot the Gen 5 camrys have timing chains so it will last longer. Just check up on your serpentine belt for cracks and threads.
