Default oil shield baffle has puncture

Hi all, looking for some tips. We bought an 03 Camry in April of 2011. First time I changed the oil I saw a puncture in the shield under the filler cap. Finally it got the better of me and am researching this. Can this baffle be replaced and how difficult is it? Thanks.

There may be a service bulletin on this.

Saw it, says to use caution, damage can result. Nothing about a fix.

Can't remember is the part is available but it often breaks.

Call a Toyota parts department which may be the only place that sells it. Ask if the part is available, if so then it can be replaced.

If a 4 cylinder engine then pieces have become lodged in the timing gears causing major engine damage.

If no part available remove the cover and find any pieces you can and make sure no other pieces are going to fall off.

Toyota does not appear to have a fix.

Consult the dealer you have bought your camry.
