Replace timing belt
 
Replaced timing belt on 97 camry now crank only turns 1/2 way was turning freely before! I'm stuck any help

Did you replace the belt yourself? If so what directions did you use?

What model of engine?

Either you somehow put the pulley on too tight or the bearing is shot.

see if the crank turns when you turn the key. You'll need another person to watch. It should spin freely if all is well.
