1993 Camry XLE, 6-cylinder with less than 70K miles. The speedometer reads fine but the tachometer barely registers, sits at zero until I go 50-70 mph it reads MAYBE 400 rpms. All the gauges, odometer, fuses, and cruise control appear to work.
Any ideas?
