Trailing Arm Bushing

Trailing Arm Bushing
How do you remove the back bolt from the trailing arm?
I have a 98 Camry and need to replace both trailing arms and bushings The tailing arm is the arm that goes from front to back, with one on each side.
I can get nut off, and pull the bolt out about 1/4 to 1/2 inch and then it is stuck. Same issue on both sides.

Obtain a spray can of penetrating fluid, WD-40 or thin oil. An acetone and transmission fluid mix will also work.
Apply material on the now exposed bolt shank and inside the now exposed hole in the bushing. Then push bolt back in. Then apply on the now exposed bolt threads. Work bolt in and out, apply lube as more shank and hole is exposed. Try rotating bolt when moving it in and out. Don't hammer (for now) on it or may bind up.
Most likely rust build up on bolt and bushing causing binding. The lube will free the bolt to move.
