07 Camry Chip

Hey there. I've heard that one way to increase performance is replacing the factory chip with one that's programmed differently. Does anyone have more info on these chips and if so, how affective they are and where to get one?

Yeah I know eBay's got a bunch of fake crap but I do know that there is the real deal out there as well.
