1999 instrument cluster bulb replacements
1999 Camry XLE v6
I've gone through and replaced all of the lamps in my Instrument cluster with LEDs. I've sorted out polarity and things, but some bulbs still give me issues. I'm not sure what normal behavior is supposed to be.
Low Fuel warning light Indicator: doesn't seem to want to turn on at all. verified with both multi meter and external power source that the bulb is making good contact.
Air Bag Indicator: almost always on now, usually very dim. It does go 'bright' during startup.

The gauge is registering well past E.
backlights: 194
fuel: 24
other indicators: 74
