Not yet, however, I found the potential problem. I discovered Toyota released a tech bulletin about an update that fixed erratic idle, improved fuel trim and a few other things.
I found a site that remanufacturers ECUs and flashes them with the most up to date firmware from the manufacturers. I ordered one today and I'll find out if that was the fix.
