Speculate an ign switch has issues. The ign "switch" is really two switches ganged together. The switches are attached to the back of the ign key unit.

The electrical system is designed to route some 12v power through the ign switches and some directly from the battery.

The oil pressure light gets power from the Gauge fuse which is routed through an ign switch.

The power window system (motors) gets power from the Power Relay which eventually comes directly from the battery. Something called an integration relay (solid state design) controls the power relay on/off. The integration relay receives from several sources one being the Gauge fuse. The reason the power windows still work for a time when the ign switch is off is because of the integration relay which has a timer to leave the windows powered for a time.

If the oil pressure light is on and power windows never shut off would look at the ign switches.

Youtube may have videos on replacing the ign switch.
