2007 Camry LXE 6 cylinder no crank, key doesn’t open doors random Alien noises

I was given a 2007 Camry XLE 6 Cylinder push button start that only has about 85k on it, but the sunroof leaked and now it won’t start. Changed the battery in both remotes, they will not unlock the doors. When you get in with the key the start button will turn green, but it won’t start. No lights on dash, no radio. It does make loud random screeching alien type noises from various radio speakers. We tested the starter, it’s okay. We checked those big fuses near the battery under the hood and they are good. We hooked up the maxidas but it couldn’t communicate. I assume it’s some sort of ECU issue. Any ideas what water may have gotten into from a sunroof leak?

Check for a blown ODB fuse.

Check all fuses. The owners manual should have the locations. If you don't have a manual Toyota has a website one can be downloaded from. Toyota.com

Sunroof may have 4 drain hoses. One at each corner of the opening. The hoses go down the pillars. Look under the dash and downward from where the pillar meets the chassis for signs of leakage.

The computers are bolted to the firewall behind the glove box and should be OK from any drain water leaks..

There is a key FOB receiver in the rear passengers side pillar area. The internet will have info on this. A bad receiver can cause lock issues.

For the push button. Make sure your foot is on the brake. It can be assumed you have the correct key. Check for a weak car battery. The Smart key system can be deactivated. There is a switch on the steering. Check owners manual for this.
