Default battery warning light

I have a 2004 Camery 4cy and the battery warning light started popping on at around 2000 rpm and goes off at 1000 to 1500 rpm. Checked battery and seems fine . Checked alt and it is charging at 14 volts running. I put a reader on it and it shows no faults. Does anybody have any ideas as to why it pops on at higher rpm. Belts seem tight, No squealing or noise. battery is charging at 14 V while light is on. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd test the battery and alternator. Most parts places will test both for free. Start with the easy stuff.

Could be a bad alternator or the regulator inside the alternator.

Pickup a voltmeter that plugs into the power outlet or cig lighter (Amazon) and watch the voltage. Try loading down the alternator output with the heater, lights, etc.
