Brighter H11 bulbs

I have been looking at brighter H11 bulbs and I have found more than I can comprehend!
I am looking at the NAPA brand Safetylite brand. They would appear to have a yellow tint and burn at 108.28 candle power at 55 watt. Here is the link:

I don't care about the non-HID look, I just want the best visibility for the buck. I am also not going to spend $60 for two bulbs that will burn out within a year.
So how much is 108.28 candle power? I know there is not an accurate calculator for candle power to lumens but is there an idea when it comes to comparison to an OE type bulb? Is the NAPA bulb really brighter?
Thanks for any input. And I'm also open to any suggestions for a better bulb and any tips for the H9 conversion which I am trying to avoid but I will do if that is the best option.

Update: I did the H9 conversion instead and so far it is a huge improvement. No problems as of yet. Fingers crossed!
