1996 Camry LE wagon. Went to store with A/C on. Lowered driver's side electric window so my dog would get air. Came back and the A/C wouldn't work and the window wouldn't go back up either.

None of the lights on the climate control panel will come on, the fan adjustment switch does nothing (fan's not blowing) and the heater won't come on either.

None of the 4 windows will go up or down, but the door lock function still works. Everything else on the car works fine- except the reverse lights which have been out for a while already.

I have not pulled all the fuses because it's dark out. But if I'm looking in the right places (passenger side kick panel for the A/C, dash panel for the windows) it appears that the fuses have not blown.

Any clues? My dog swears she had nothing to do with it...
