Does the engine turn over and not start, or not turn over at all?

Look under the dash for a push button or toggle switch. If found turn ign key to ON, then push or hold switch on until light glows steady.

Button can be on a box under dash near steering column.

Or could for a toggle switch left side kicker panel. If a two position switch move switch position to opposite, turn ignition switch on move switch back to original position.
