mirror adjustment switch

I have a 1999 Toyota Camry Station Wagon and the adjustment switch for the rear vision mirrors has stopped working and I can't figure out why! Would anyone be able to help me?

Check if cigarette lighter is working as same power supply. 15 amp CIG fuse.
