My left blinker is on while low beams are on

Left blinker will work as intended but it’s on while any light mode is on but DRL

Does hazard flasher usage have the same issue with DRL?

Ibraheem Younis 10-26-2019 08:05 PM

Well no

It doesn’t have the issue with DRL.

If hazards work OK with DRL would be looking at the light/blinker switch on the steering console.

I’ll have to get back to you, with pictures.

I am going to take pictures later and attach them.

I turned the knob to DRL and nothing happened, the lights were completely off, I tried to send a picture of that but it wouldn’t upload

I turned DRL on and not a single light turned on, also my low beams seem very dim compared to other on the road, high beams seem ok but low beams are very dim

The headlight switch arm rotation switch controls the headlight relay which controls the light situation.

The blinkers and hazards are only linked to the headlight system by the headlight control arm. And here its with the up/down movement of the arm not rotational setting of the switch.

Did anyone install an aftermarket alarm or remote engine start system the linked into the cars headlight and turn signal wiring?
