No electrics in 94 Camry

I have a 1994 4 cylinder 2.2Litre camry, and about 2 weeks ago it just decided it wouldnt start. it just clicked. thought it was the starter motor, so changed that. wrong.
thought it was the battery, changed that.
wrong.
it has a fully charged battery, but no power is getting thru, and I'm at my wits end...

No electrics, as in the ign key is turned ON and no dash lights, or just there is only a click when key turned to start?

If dash lights OK and you changed the battery and starter (including starter solenoid which is bolt to the starter) check battery cables.

Start with battery cable connections, then look at the cable going to the starter. It can look OK but have increased ohm resistance causing a major current drop.

Check battery cable ground connection point to chassis. These is also a ground jumper strap between engine and chassis.

If you have jumper cables, connect one cable to the positive battery terminal and if possible CAREFULLY attach the other end to where the battery cable attaches to starter motor.

Connect the other between negative battery terminal and the engine, perhaps at the hook on the cyl head used to pull the engine, then try to start engine.

If engine now cranks the issue is battery cables or battery connections. You can figure out what cable by removing one jumper cable and trying to start engine.
