obd reader?

I tried finding an obd reader on ebay, they seem to have plenty of the units that plug into the laptop for extremely cheap... for obd2. I have a 94. obd2 is 96. Any suggestions as I cant find anything on ebay so far? I could get a regular handheld reader forlike $150 but I like the idea of havin the program on my computer.

If you find one post here. There doesn't appear much out there for this sytem.
