Problem areas with these codes: Vacuum hose leaks in fuel tank in emissions control system. Check hoses to the charcoal canister and VSV systems. Canister could have leak, defective VSV for pressure sensor or EVAP, vapor pressure sensor, fuel tank overfull check valve.
You can check the VSV'S by applying 12V DC to the solenoid and determining if the valve opens or changes intake/output ports (depending on which valve you are checking). The VSV is an electric solenoid valve that activates a valve.
Checking the canister is more complicated. Send a private message with email address, can send more info. Keep in mind the info will be for the Camry with V6 option, not Avalon but almost the same car.
